The Finance Administrator is primarily responsible for the back-end financial operation of the company. The role performs all AP, AR, banking, payroll and bookkeeping related endeavors. Financial budgeting, reporting and reconciliation tasks are also under the charge of the position. The Finance Administrator maintains the financial management software, ensuring timely data entry and regular review for accuracy. General ledger mapping of revenue and expenditures is upheld by the role for use in reporting and assessment. The Finance Administrator works with contracted accountants to perform year-end and taxation functions. The role is a subject matter expert on internal process and best practices within the finance department.

Secondary responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, procurement endeavors, the company insurance portfolio and ensuring the good working order of the office. The position works closely with the sales team to process approved quotes, proceed with sales orders and invoice related products and services. The role manages internal inventory on-hand, receives packages and assigns products for delivery by the service team. Any requests related to the good working order of the office such as plumbing, heating or electrical requests are under the charge of the position.
